Stress affects many people, including young people. In this workshop we want to understand what stress actually is and how it affects our brain. Together we will learn how to turn stress into positive energy and stay strong. We will learn different techniques and strategies to deal with stress and build our resilience.
Experts from the STRESS flagship project of the “Hochschulmedizin Zürich” will present their research on stress resilience and help us to develop our full potential. Let’s learn together how to manage stress and make positive changes in our lives. Come along and learn how we can use our brains to stay strong and turn stress into positive energy!
