Lecture in German

We live in a society in which digital technologies increasingly influence our everyday lives. How do courts deal with this, or to what extent do data and statistics also play a role in courts? Are courts allowed to rule against empirical evidence? Does the law impose requirements on the quality of data? What does the federal constitution say? Are we on the way to robot courts? The short lecture explores these and other questions on the basis of exciting legal cases.
