Creative ideas and innovative projects from ETH students

The Student Project House is the place where all ETH students can live out their creativity and give free rein to their ideas. The creative think- and makerspace enables them to look beyond the confines of their own degree programme and explore new avenues. We show you selected student projects.

The Student Project House (SPH) offers space for coworking, ideation, makerspaces and space for events. Whiteboards, post-its and prototyping materials fill the place and create a creative environment that encourages innovative ideas.

Here, students learn whether their project or business ideas can be realised, they can design solutions and test their hypotheses with real prototypes. Last but not least, they are supported in finding out whether there is a real need for their project or business ideas outside in the economy.

After the Student Project House in the centre proved to be a great success, with over 2000 users of the Makerspace, 300 projects and 100 volunteers, a new Student Project House is also to be built on the Hönggerberg. It will find a home in the planned Centre for Students Entrepreneurship, which will also be presented at Scientifica – right at the stand next door

Visit our booth where you will have the opportunity to interactively get to know one student project from the Student Project House at a time. Don’t miss it!
