If errors occur in the regulation of these processes, this can lead to cancer. It is important to study these processes to understand cancer development and to develop new therapies. This panel discussion will present four projects on different types of cancer that are funded by the Krebsliga Z\u00fcrich.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Blood cancer: How do leukaemia cells communicate with their environment in the bone marrow?<\/li>\n<li>Sarcomas are rare, malignant tumours that originate in the supporting or connective tissue.
