They stick together using different kinds of chemical bonds, that are like microscopic glues. We can make special materials out of these that switches between solid and liquid states, like jelly, or that liquify under pressure, like toothpaste. We can also make these materials alive by adding cells to them, just like the cells that make up our bodies.<\/p>\n
