The overriding motivation is to jointly push back the date of the Swiss Overshoot Day. Dr. Mathis Wackernagel, Swiss scientist, calculates the annual &#8220;Overshoot Day&#8221;. According to his concept, on this date the population has used up the available natural resources, is broke and lives thereafter on the credit of future generations.<\/p>\n<p>Using the example of the consumption area &#8220;food&#8221;, we would like to illustrate what and how we eat &#8211; is part of the climate solution. Food (Food), local from Zurich and without compromising on enjoyment.<\/p>\n<p>In short keynote speeches we serve insights into the #MoveTheDate movement, you will learn personal details of two Zurich food start-ups, their products, their moments of failure and the individual path to success. This will be followed by a panel with experts on food trends and solutions, putting the topic in our here and now.
