The focus is on: How can medication errors be prevented?<\/p>\n<p>In the keynote presentation, a doctor will explain the basics and risks associated with multiple chronic conditions and polypharmacy in older adults. Afterward, we\u2019ll reveal just how much science lies behind the infamous \u201cRoom of Horrors\u201d (escape room).
