In this interactive workshop, researchers from the University of Zurich will work with participants to challenge common myths and shed light on the latest scientific findings.<\/p>\n<p>Through case studies, discussions, and practical exercises, participants will learn how suicidal ideation is studied, what warning, risk, and protective factors are known, and why early support is so important.<\/p>\n<p>A special focus is placed on how mental health crises can be addressed openly, responsibly and supportively.
