The focus is on: How can medication errors be prevented?<\/p>\n<p>In the keynote presentation, a doctor will explain the basics and risks associated with multiple chronic conditions and polypharmacy in older adults. Afterward, we\u2019ll reveal just how much science lies behind the infamous \u201cRoom of Horrors\u201d (escape room). We\u2019ll also introduce PatBox.ch, a platform where patients and their loved ones can report incidents.<\/p>\n<p>In small groups, you\u2019ll go through two stations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Room of Horrors: Find the errors and pitfalls in medication processes\u2014set up like an escape room, but with life-saving lessons.<\/li>\n<li>Tour of the facility: Visit the pharmacy, the medication cart,
