We at the World Food System Center have developed a board game that allows each player to take on the role of various players along this journey: the farmer, merchant, processor, and retailer. Decisions each player makes has multiple effects on others as well as sustainability.

We end with a discussion about how we, as consumers, can make a small contribution to sustainable food systems- and you will, of course, leave with something sweet.
